By accessing or using AiGuru ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AiGuru is an AI-powered adaptive learning platform designed for Indian students in grades 6-10, covering NCERT curriculum for Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per student; sharing accounts is prohibited
• Parents/guardians must create accounts for students under 13

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly as per your chosen plan
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No automatic renewals - you control your billing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to scrape content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated content, and software, is the property of True Tech Professionals Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

AiGuru is a supplementary educational tool and should not replace formal schooling. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid.
